It's New Year's Eve, so my thoughts about prevention are about my health, not population health. I am old enough that chronic illness is a fact, not a risk. So my goal is to improve the management of the ones I have, and make sure that I do not pick up anything new. Here is a terrific argument for an important behavior change: getting at least half an hour of exercise a day. Please, take 10 minutes and watch this great talk by Dr. Mike Evans.
Sometimes, getting unstuck just requires reframing the problem.
"Can you limit your sitting and sleeping to 23 & 1/2 hours a day?"
Yes. I can.
